How We Work
1. Initial
Review
We start by understanding your goals, the condition of your home, and how the space needs to function.
2. Planning & Preparation
Scope, materials, timelines, and—when required—permits are clearly defined before work begins.
3. Remodeling Execution
Smaller remodels may require a focused crew, while larger renovations involve larger teams.
4. Final
Walkthrough
We review the completed work with the homeowner to confirm everything was delivered as planned.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you rush projects to finish faster?
No. We prioritize quality and accuracy over speed. If a project requires more time to ensure everything is done correctly, we take that time.
How big is your remodeling team?
Our team size depends on the project. Smaller remodels may require two professionals, while larger renovations can involve teams of up to eight experienced crew members.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. For projects that require permits—especially basement remodeling—we handle the planning, permit process, and coordination to ensure code compliance.
Can I see examples of your previous work?
Absolutely. We encourage homeowners to review our gallery and completed projects, as we take pride in delivering work we can confidently showcase.
Do you remodel across the entire Denver Metro Area?
Yes. We serve Denver and many surrounding cities within the Denver Metro Area.
